The Grooverobbers are one of San Francisco's hottest up-and-coming young jazz bands. Combining classic cool jazz vibes with an exciting West Coast funk sound, these four San Francisco State University music students have been dropping jaws around the Bay Area since 2005. Frequently joined by special guests such as emcee Mandeep Sethi and keyboardist Kevin Wong , the Grooverobbers are sure to offer up something new and exciting every show.

Members have played at such venues as the the Montreal Jazz Festival, the Monterey Jazz Festival, the San Jose Jazz Festival, the 12 Galaxies, Cafe Trieste, Kuumbwa Jazz Center, Biscuits and Blues, Matrix Fillmore, Shanghai 1930, Cafe Lo Cubano and the Octavia Lounge.
